Reviews for Hidden Villa
Very clean, nice decor and close to beach. Great place to relax and enjoy a vacation with our dogs.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hidden Villa. It was very clean and looked as nice as the pictures showcasing this rental. Loved the fresh beachy feel and bright interior. Plenty of towels, pillows and kitchen supplies. Everything was easy to locate, well equipped and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants. It was nice to have laundry access. Large fenced in yard for our dogs to run around and plenty of room in the living room for their crates. The outside is nothing special, but it is in a quiet neighborhood. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Sarasota with traffic, not bad at all. I would definitely stay here again, great vacation rental for someone traveling with or without dogs.

Very clean, spacious, well furnished.
In spite of initial outside perceptions, this place was very surprising inside. Very clean, spacious, well furnished, hardwood flooring. Huge backyard space perfect for my dog. Fenced in front yard very ample also. Location excellent, access to beach. Covered patio in backyard great place to relax in the evening. Felt very secure with locking gate at entrance.

Quiet, beautiful and charming!
We LOVED our stay. The house was the perfect size for us and our two dogs. The walk to the beach and a few restaurants was easy breezy. Our only complaints were we only had one roll of toilet paper provided (for 6 nights), and the lawn was not mowed (perhaps because we booked only 48 hours in advance). I try to clean up after my pets, but it was hard with the tall grass and such. We just loved everything, and we plan to return! Thank you!!!!

My boys and I loved it here. We will definitely be back.
I normally rent oceanfront only for my vacations but decided last minute to take my boys to St Augustine where my sister would be with my nephews. I am so grateful that this was open. It is SO clean and everything inside is new. Loved the linens, beds, and decorations. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog and he enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard and walks on the dog friendly beach (very short walk, two short turns/blocks from the house). The two bedrooms are small with I think full beds in each but it is all that we needed and we’d definitely go back. The smoke alarm went off loudly on our last night without warning (no chirping first) and the rental maintenance didn’t call me back (it was 3am!), user error, I could not figure out how to get it off of the ceiling that it was wired to, and decided to call the fire dept because it was piercing my 9 year olds ears. They came out and were so so nice. It was an isolated incident I’m sure and I’d still go back. Great restaurants right on the corner to walk to though you have to be careful crossing as there is no signal on the busy corner. I didn’t know that there was a washer and dryer and though I saw the key on the last day, I’m still not sure where they are located. It is probably right outside the door so be sure to ask. The outside of this place doesn’t do the experience justice (there is a wire fence) but the inside is cozy, clean and all that we needed. The couch doesn’t pull out but there is room for an air mattress (my one nephew stayed w us one night). I was grateful that they had a keurig and they also left coffee! I didn’t see pans to make pancakes but also didn’t look very hard, there are places on the strip. Overall this very picky traveler was happy!
