Poco Place is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, air-conditioned home that can sleep up to six when the sofa sleeper is used. When you drive up to Poco Place, you’ll be pleased to discover the off-street parking in the circular drive. Inside, you’ll be greeted by a cheery living room that’s outfitted with dual couches and comfortable armchairs, perfect for watching the TV with DVD player. You also have free Wi-Fi, so you can post photos, make dinner reservations, and set tee times at area golf courses.
Just beyond the living room is your dining room with seating for four. This table is also a good place to gather your group for games or to plan your next day’s adventures. Will you take a day trip to Disney World? Perhaps you’ll golf or play on the shore. You have so many possibilities.
You may not want to cook at all while you’re at Poco Place, but if you do, you have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The grocery store is just around the corner, so you can easily pick up ingredients. Also available for your use is a charcoal grill, in case you want to prepare steaks or fish you catch on a fishing charter. Nearby, you’ll also find Pelican Bay and Pop’s Sunset Grill where you can enjoy some wonderful local cuisine. The seafood in Venice is something you simply must experience.
Poco Place also has a sun room with day bed and comfortable rolling chairs. You’ll love all the cheerful sunshine that pours through the many windows. It’s the ideal place to sit in the sun and read a good book.
Your master bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized poster bed with dresser, nightstand, and ceiling fan. Two large windows let lots of sunshine in to brighten this relaxing, comfortable room.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, a gently stirring ceiling fan, and dresser to store guests’ clothes. This room is perfect for any children traveling with you to Poco Place. There’s plenty of room for them to spread out their toys and play.
Your Poco Place bathroom offers a walk-in shower and pedestal sink. You’ll have plenty of thirsty towels and washcloths to use during your stay. Also within Poco Place, you have a washer and dryer, so you can keep everyone in clean clothes throughout your stay. No trekking to the Laundromat for you. This is a vacation!

The house was similar to our house in St. Louis, only newer. It was decorated very tastefully and we really enjoyed staying there. Steve Milo did a super job of managing the property. He did everything possible to make our vacation enjoyable.
