There’s a reason Seahorse 1 is such a popular Fort Myers Beach vacation rental. Its location is superb – one mile from Times Square with its restaurants and interesting shops, less than a half a block away from the trolley stop, and just a short 100 steps to the island’s silky sand beaches. You’ll also like that Seahorse 1 is one of just three condos in the complex with a lovely shared pool and patio area. What’s more your small dog is welcome to join you at the condo for a fee.
Seahorse 1 is perfect for a couple or up to four people when the sofa sleeper is used as a second bed. Management takes special care to ensure your condo is well maintained and super clean, something our guests really appreciate. When you walk in the front door, you’ll be pleased with the peaceful vibe of your condo. Hardwood floors are complemented by comfortable furniture pieces all arranged to give a clear view of the flat-screen TV with DVD player. The central air-conditioning feels so good after spending the day soaking up the sun on the beach. You also have free Wi-Fi within Seahorse 1, which makes it easy to stay in touch with friends back home.
Just off the living room are your dining table and your kitchen that’s open to your main living area. Many of our guests find it a pleasure cooking in this well-equipped kitchen, where you have everything needed to make a huge feast or just a quick bite before going to the pool. However, with so many excellent restaurants nearby, you have the option to dine out every day of your vacation. In case you want to cook up some steaks or burgers some evening, have a gas grill available.
Your kitchen also has a breakfast bar where you and your guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Or, if you prefer, take your coffee outdoors to enjoy around the table overlooking the pool deck below or the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Behind folding doors within Seahorse 1 you’ll find your personal washer and dryer. It’s so handy to have the option to wash a load while you’re out enjoying the pool. Or perhaps you’ll be taking in the sights and sounds of Lovers Key State Park, the nature preserve where you can rent bikes, canoes, or kayaks and get a glimpse of Florida in the wild.
Throughout Seahorse 1 you’ll find large windows that let in the beautiful Florida sunshine and landscape surrounding your resort.
Your master bedroom is the perfect end to your perfect vacation day. It is outfitted with a comfortable king-sized bed, nightstands with reading lamps, large chest of drawers, and dresser along with a flat-screen TV ideal for late-night viewing. As the ceiling fan gently stirs the air-conditioned air, you’ll quickly drop off into a deep, satisfying sleep.
When you finally arise for a new day, you’ll find a spacious bathroom waiting for you. Step into the shower/tub combination for a warm bath or soothing shower. Afterwards, you can spread out your toiletries on the lengthy vanity with an equally large mirror. Before you know it, you’ll be sitting at the breakfast bar enjoying coffee and planning your day exploring all the pleasures of Fort Myers Beach.
Seahorse 1 books up quickly. We encourage you to make your vacation plans early and reserve your preferred dates at this popular property so ideally situated in Fort Myers Beach.
